This class is design to brighten your body and mind. As well as to prepare yourself for the week with the best energy and focus for both body and mind.
We want to invite you to an one-hour yoga class to awake gently, release any pain and connect to yourself by moving your body.
I am Marina, specialized in Vinyasa (Anusara-based) Yoga teaching, full of energy and care. In my classes I mix alignment, spirituality and body-mind connection.
The class will begin with an opening meditation to relax our minds and come back to our bodies, which we´ll follow up with an energetic and concious class, great music , moments of humour and deep relaxation.
Everyone is welcome and all levels can join - you just need to bring your yoga mat & comfortable clothes!
