CIRCULAR FUTURES: The Future of Education
Climate crisis, scarcity of resources, inequality of distribution, extinction of species, polluted seas, thirsty forests, …
The way in which we have learned to deal with the resources of our planet has created enormous problems, the extent has long since become clear. Against this background, where does the journey for young people go? Today’s problems need different solutions. You can’t solve today’s problems with yesterday’s solutions (Albert Einstein). What is needed is creative, sustainable change that will enable the economy and society to make proposals on how we can live and work, design and build, consume, invest, and move differently!
With our community workshop series CIRCULAR FUTURES - the Future of Education, we focus on inspiration for positive change and on the creation of spaces of encounter: Students from three schools out of three different environments (Lübben, Lankwitz, and Neukölln) will meet each other during this project day.
CIRCULAR FUTURES #3 is a cooperation with Phil Elsen from the additional course Politics & Economy of the Beethoven-Gymnasium Lankwitz and EIT Climate-KIC.
